Chairperson

Jacinta is a young Wiradjuri woman, born and raised in Griffith, NSW. 

She is currently living in Melbourne, VIC.

Jacinta currently works for the Griffith Wiradjuri Aboriginal Preschool & ACDAN NSW.

Roslyn is a Wiradjuri woman with Ngiyampaa connections. She was born in Griffith, NSW and is a mother of one.

 Roslyn is currently working as a Cultural Heritage Officer with the Griffith LALC. 

She has represented both her culture & Australia in Rugby League. 

Roslyn Simpson

Secretary

Vickie Louise was born and raised in Griffith, NSW. She is a proud Wiradjuri woman and a mother of one.

She is currently the regional AOD & SEWB Coordinator at the Griffith AMS.

Her roles within the community include Chairperson of the Griffith LALC & Griffith Aboriginal Community Working Party, committee member of the Wiradjuri Preschool, Aboriginal Corporation Drug and Alcohol Network of NSW. Whilst also sitting on many other advisory committees of other organisations.

Vickie Louise Simpson

Casey was raised in Weethalle, NSW and currently resides in Darlington Point, NSW. Her partner is a Wiradjuri man and they have 6 kids together and one on the way. 

Whilst raising her children, Casey runs her cleaning business and coaches League Tag for her local Junior Footy Club.

Sam was Born and raised in Griffith, NSW. She is married and a mum to 2 strong Wiradjuri men. She is currently working at Beelbangera Public School and has done so for 7 years as a School Chaplain & Teachers' Aide. Sam is also completing a Bachelor in Teaching - Early Childhood and Primary.

Carolyn is a proud Wiradjuri & Ngiyampaa woman based in Griffith, NSW. She is passionate about culture, Mob, education, Aboriginal Artwork and Story Sharing. 

Carolyn is currently working with Department of Communities and Justice. 

Carolyn Williams

Committee

Shailyn is a proud Wiradjuri woman living on country in Griffith, NSW. She has connections to the Ngiyampaa & Barkindji people along the Darling River.

She is currently an employee of the Department of Education.

Shailyn has many years of being a sporting coach, mentor and most importantly; a loving mother.

Cristie was borned and raised in Griffith, NSW on Wiradjuri Country. 

She is a mother of two and is currently working as a Nurse amongst the community. 

Cristie also has her own photography business, majority of our gallery is her beautiful work.

Youth Advisor

Kaiden is young Wiradjuri man from Griffith, NSW. He is currently in Year 9 of High School. Kaiden aspires to be either a NRL Player or Builder. 

He also plays many sports around town, including AFL, NRL & Rep Touch Footy. Kaiden has been selected for Canberra Raiders Academy & Clontarf Foundation.

Shamia is a proud young Wiradjuri woman living on country in Griffith, NSW. She has connections to the Ngiyampaa, Barkindji and Dunghutti people. 

Shamia is currently in Year 9 of High School. In 2022, Shamia was selected to participate in Indigenous Basketball Australia's National Tournament. She is also apart of U16 Rep Basketball & U15 Rep Netball teams.
